Interested in applying for a position? Submit your application online, we ask that you please specify on your application, which Pfizer site you are interested in being considered for.
Once you submit your application and answer the application questions, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you meet the criteria, you will be shortlisted by a member of the Candidate Experience Team. Please expect to receive a link to the first round of psychometric assessment, an online assessment that you will be given 3-5 days to complete. Please ensure to check your junk or spam folders for the link to your assessment.
Following successful completion, you will hear from the recruitment team to discuss next steps with a potential invitation to present for an interview.
Apprentices will also be invited forward for a group exercise onsite at your specified location.
Following successful completion of an interview, you will hear from the recruitment team detailing the outcome of your interview. Please note that in the case of high-volume programs, we are only in the position to notify those that have been successful by phone.
Once an offer is extended to you, we can begin pre-employment screening. Please note that all offers are conditional to successful completion of pre-employment and qualification checks. This is the final stage of the recruitment process.
